How to repeat:
1) Create a wb file with multiple EER diagrams in 5.0. 
2) Upgrade to 5.1.10a.
3) Delete an EER diagram

Thank you for the bug report. Verified just as described on 64-bit XP as well. .mwb file with 2 ERR diagrams was created on 5.0.30. There is no crash when deleting ERR diagram on 5.0.30, so this is a regression bug.
