This is a duplicate of 41361 which was fixed in the 1.3.3, 2.0.x, and 2.1.x trees. I double checked the 2.0.5 and latest trunk builds and the UI field is present. Please look under Settings/Global Settings/SNMP Traps for a text field with the title "Agent Address (optional)" which allows a user to manually specify a valid hostname or IP address which gets used for the SNMP trap agent address.
