Description:
Within the manage servers page, there is no reference to the *physical* host names, even within the server details popup. This feature request is to add the physical hostname within these as well.

How to repeat:
N/A

Suggested fix:
Add physical hostname to the "View Server" popup within the manage servers settings page.
