Description:
Meta info "hostname" should show the physical machine hostname or be removed. It currently shows whatever is specified in the agent .ini file's server-name=xxx setting

How to repeat:
- click on Monitor page
- click on indiv server

look at meta info

(Same problem on Settings/Manager Servers page)

R7330 - Commented out references until hostname can be made to work correctly.

This field has been removed from the user interface to avoid confusion.  Moving the defect state to be fixed later.
