this was tested using both IE and FF on a few different boxes - also, this is a similar (but different) case than http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=41032

Entries were added to the 2.1.0 and 2.0.5 changelogs: After an error was generated due to an incorrect password while trying to create a new user, the following error was obtained when subsequently attempting to create a valid new user: U0002 You must log in to access the requested resource
