Description:
when creating a new DBA user in FF2 receive error message "U0002 You must log in to access the requested resource."

Occurred in new install using the default admin user.  No Query Analysis perms given.

Works in Safari.

How to repeat:
login -> Settings -> manage users -> create user... user: testdba, role: dba, pass: pass tab pass -> click create -> error

Suggested fix:
Use Safari

Works with IE6 on Windows.

Not repeatable on Mac + FF3 and Win + FF2

This case is specifically not the "after error" case … we (ligaya, diego and myself) verified that.  And I'm still unable to reproduce… :/

Not that I did anything specifically to address this, but it'd be good to check it since/as the fix for Bug#41384 has been pushed, and maybe they're somehow related.
(Going directly from to QAT for re-testing, though please note that Bug#41384 is (currently( only Patch Pending.  Don't quite know what the right workflow is here.

An entry was added to the 2.1.0 changelog:

When creating a new Database Administrator user in FireFox 2 the following error message was generated:

U0002 You must log in to access the requested resource.

This occurred in a new installation using the default administrator account. No Query Analysis permissions were given. However, the operation worked correctly using the Safari web browser.
