Description:
hi,I'm doing the mysql clone function testing。
Because the my server hardware is very poor ， until the clone finish the 
performance_schema clone_status，clone_progress table has no record。

mysql_error.log file record only two message:
2020-05-22T16:16:28.754486Z 8 [Warning] [MY-013460] [InnoDB] Clone removing all user data for provisioning: Started
2020-05-22T16:16:29.013128Z 8 [Warning] [MY-013460] [InnoDB] Clone removing all user data for provisioning: Finished

 suggested that  record some important information about clone in mysql_error message.

In many cases, when the same problem database is't login  and  unable to access the performance_schema, I want to see progress and confirm problems through the error log。
