Description:
Could you add information to PS and/or SYS to confirm the maximum IOPS?

In a cloud environment, there is a need to change server specs more flexibly than in an on-premises environment. In such a case, it would be useful to be able to check the past maximum IOPS, and it would be even more useful to be able to check the history of IOPS.
