Description:
When trying to add a new user using Mysql administrator the Mysql service stops and the user is not added

How to repeat:
starightforward user add in the GUI

Suggested fix:
need to be able to add users using the GUI

Hi,

This sounds like a mysqld bug.  Not even the worst Administrator bug should ever crash mysqld.

Can you tell me what version of mysqld did you connect to ?

The version of mysqld I connected to was the 5.0.3 Beta
