I believe this happens on Windows 7/10 as well as on macOS

Thank you for the bug report. I couldn't repeat with the how to repeat description using WorkBench version 8.0.20 against a MySQL Server 8.0.20 on localhost.

I haven't been able to reproduce this issue on localhost either, in my case it happens when I connect to a remote server running MariaDB 10.1.44 on Ubuntu 18.04 (tested with 3 different servers). I'm trying to repeat the same bug on my server (also remote) but no luck so far...

Thank you for the feedback. Server MariaDB isn't supported by WorkBench.
