Description:
This bug has been reported before, but last entry was 2017 and no solution offered.
MySQL installer 8.0.19.0 during installation error, Requires Visual Studio 2015 - 2016 2017 etc - I have VS 2019 installed does not get recognised.
I have run the installer several times, installed and reinstalled both Visual Studio and MySQL in different order still no connection.  Fix please
