Description:
At startup, the installer issues an incoherent message ...

"Optional MySQL Installer Available
You will continue receiving product catalog updates if you do not apply the
Do you want to apply this upgrade now?"

Apparently the second sentence has been cut off, so it's impossible to know what the message means.

How to repeat:
Run the downloaded installer

Thank you for the bug report. I couldn't repeat this issue, please see screenshot attached. Wonder if the issue is screen resolution on your side.

Thank you for the image.

Surely installation software that isn't user-hostile needs to be able to adjust itself to user font settings!?

I will ask to co-worker to check it too.

Hello Peter Brawley,

Thank you for the bug report and feedback.
I tried to reproduce your issue on windows 10 with MySQL installer(8.0.20) but I am not seeing any issues at my end.
May I kindly request you to try latest 8.0.20 installer and report us back if you are still seeing this issue at your end. Thank you once again for your valuable feedback.

Regards,
Ashwini Patil
