Description:
Please update MySQL Workbench for Python3.

Python2 is EOL, obsolete, unmaintained and not preset in modern GNU+Linux distributions any more.

How to repeat:
Build M-W from source on Debian "unstable" (where only Python3 is available).

Suggested fix:
Port to Python3.

Is there any udpate, even just a confirmation that this is being worked on?

Is this being worked on please? I need this on a daily basis on Linux and python 2 is going away very shortly.

Just FYI, this package has now been dropped from Gentoo, due to the python2 dependency.
