While attempting to update the POS known as Workbench from 8.0.17 to 8.0.19 using mysql-workbench-community-8.0.19-winx64.msi, this happened:

Attempt to update the POS known as Workbench from 8.0.17 to 8.0.19.0

Workbench won't run because of the error shown in the description above.

Suggested fix:
Uninstall the POS known as Workbench and use something else (e.g., HeidiSQL)
