Description:
I downloaded the 8.0.19 version of MySQL Community, but its .msi files just won't open on Windows 10.

I tested with both "mysql-installer-web-community-8.0.19.0.msi" and "mysql-installer-community-8.0.19.0.msi", but none of them open when I click the .MSI files, or even when I right-click them, and them click "Install" or "Install as administrator".

I have tried executing other .msi files and they ran fine, I am only having this problem with MYSql Community.

How to repeat:
Option 1) Double-clicking the .msi installers, and then clicking on "Run"

Option 2) Right-clicking the .msi installers, and then either clicking "Install" or "Install as administrator"

Hello ÁLVARO,

Thank you for the bug report.
I tried to reproduce your issue on windows 10 with "mysql-installer-web-community-8.0.19.0.msi" and "mysql-installer-community-8.0.19.0.msi" and followed exact mentioned steps but I am not seeing any issues at my end. Please install prerequisites as mentioned in manual https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/8.0/en/windows-installation.html
