Description:
It appears that the repository of MySQL is not always running properly. When performing the necessary steps to install MySQL using RPM on Centos 8, from time to time it is not able to resolve, therefore the build server does not create stable output.

When performing curl, the result is <HTML><HEAD><TITLE>Error</TITLE></HEAD><BODY>
An error occurred while processing your request.<p>
Reference&#32;&#35;25&#46;d53b3717&#46;1582814890&#46;14e7c2c
</BODY></HTML>

This occurs on several levels of the yum directory, so for example, at the time of writing it occurs at https://repo.mysql.com/yum/mysql-8.0-community/el/8/. But at other times it occurs a few levels up or down. Sometimes it does not occur.

It appears that this behavior has started as of today (27 February 2020)

How to repeat:
Perform curl requests or trying to install the RPMs from the repository. Repeat a number of times at different intervals.

Hi!

Are your hosts behind a proxy? Can I ask where your hosts are?

The repos are mirrored around the world by CDN system.

Hi!

CDN provider reported a problem that now has been fixed.

Do you still have issues with access to MySQL repos?
