Description:
Under DEBUG version of mysqld, 
explain anaylze select count(*) from mysql.user;
will coredump

How to repeat:
explain anaylze select count(*) from mysql.user

Fixed in MySQL 8.0.21.

Affects debug only, no visible changes for users.
