I opened a connection in MySQL workbench and it says bug reported with "Parameter not valid" message.

Thank you for the bug report. I couldn't repeat with WorkBench 8.0.19 on Windows 10 Pro 64-bit connected with server MySQL 8.0.19.

I meant I run WorkBench without problem not able to repeat what you reported.
