Description:
The lat/lon is flipped in the Spatial View. And there is no apparent way to fix this other than to change the database table data (which is not an option).

How to repeat:
Load a table with polygons ordered with latitude first.

Suggested fix:
1) Detect lat/lon ordering automatically (not hard to do). 2) Provide an option to swap the lat/lon in the view.
