Description:
Creating or opening a model results causes partly representation which can not be navigated, Re-scaling side views (navigator, catalog, templates) causes repetitive representation of header views distorting the view. 

How to repeat:
Consistent problem occurring exactly the same each time a model is created or existing model opened!

Suggested fix:
Can I send the logfile as well as a printscreen for explanatory purposes!

Thank you for the bug report.
I tried to reproduce your issue on ubuntu with workbench 8.0.19 but I am not seeing any issues at my end.

I have the same problem. Ubuntu 18.04 and HiDPI.
