Description:
I have used MySQL Workbench 8.0.19 on a new high resolution monitor with 2560 x 1440 pixels and scaling to 150% for better reading the letters and numbers. After scroling horizontal in result grid many cells in the list are not correctly displayed, see the added screenshoot. After vertikal scrolling this not occured.
Other applications like explorer or excel have not this problem on the same machine.
Without scaling the problem also not occured in workbench.
I have also tested with resolution Full HD 1920 x 1090: 
The same problem when i use scaling.

How to repeat:
Use on a windows 10-machine workbench and run a query with a result of any rows and many columns whre the horizontal scrollbar is dispayed. Then scroll with mouse horizontal, espacialy slowly. The displayed columns are blurred.

Thank you for the bug report.
I tried to reproduce your issue on windows 10 with resolution 1920x1080, scaling to 150% and workbench 8.0.19 using dummy table having many columns but I am not seeing any issues at my end.

Horizontal Scrolling Issue with High DPI Screen

I've been seeing the same issue since upgrading to a HDPI screen.  See the attached file as an example.  Everytime I scroll horizontally they text doesn't refresh correctly and merges with the content already on the screen.

Details:
Workbench 8.0.32 (same issue on previous versions)
Windows 10

Same issue on both my laptop screen and external monitor.

Intel Iris(R) Xe Graphics Laptop GPU.
Internal Dell laptop screen 3840 x 2160 with 250% DPI scaling.
External 4k Dell Monitor 3840 x 2160 with 150% DPI scaling.
