Description:
Edit > Select All on a results set with multiple rows selects the column names, select all with one row only selects the row

How to repeat:
create a select query that returns one row
create a select query that returns 5 rows

for each result set, choose Edit > Select All, then Edit > Copy
paste clipboard into another application

the result set with the single row does not have the column headers

Suggested fix:
the result set with the single row should have column headers

Workbench 8.0.19 now has same results with both result sets, the header is not selected, so not copied

fixed for 8.0.19
