Description:
On a mouse-over over a table in the EER Diagram I'm getting an unreadable tooltip. It has a black background and very dark grey font so it is practicably not readable. I didn't find a way to adjust the colors. 

I'm on Linux Mint 19.3 Cinnamon.

Problem affects also Execution Plan - when hovering over blocks on diagram.
