How to repeat:
Run the command
"C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\installUtil.exe" /LogToConsole=true /u "C:\Program Files (x86)\Development\Database\MySQL\MySQL Connector Net 6.9.3\Assemblies\v2.0\MySql.Web.v20.dll"

Hi, 

In the steps on How to Repeat, I'm noticing that the installed version is 6.9.3 and we don't support it anymore. However, I tried to reproduce your scenario by installing MySQL Connector/Net 6.9.3 and then uninstalling it using MySQL Installer for Windows 8.0.19 and it succeeded.

So, can you confirm if this works for you?

I am facing same issue while unistalling Connector 8.0.20
