Already noticed and fixed internally, so closing as a dup of Bug#98107 main.events_bugs fails in 2020
Description: The result of events_bugs mtr depends on whether the time('2020-01-01 00:00:00') specified in the test is later than the current time, so it failed in the first day of 2020s. How to repeat: just run the mtr
