Description:
The Administration bar is empty for me and all of my team members when connecting any DB.

How to repeat:
I have tried to reinstall workbanch application but it didn't help.

I had it also until last week.
but since yesterday it disappeared for me and all of my team members!
I can also see this error in the log:
Plugin item wb.admin.open_into was not found
Plugin item wb.admin.settings was not found

just run it as administrator and it will solve the issue :)
