Description:
I wrote a plugin for the WB but when trying to uninstall thru the plugin manager, it looks like it does but when I close the editor and reopen it, the plugin returns. I'm on a roaming account so it does not store the plugin in the modules folder where WB is installed. I had to go thru the scripting tool to delete the file.

How to repeat:
1. Install the plugin
2. Close the editor and reopen it.
3. Open the plugin manager and uninstall the plugin
4. Close the editor and reopen

Results:
The plugin is still there.

Expected:
The plugin should be removed using the plugin manager.

Suggested fix:
Make sure the plugin manager is removing the plugin using the correct path to plugin.
