Description:
The SYSTEM messages ER_XA_STARTING_RECOVERY, "Starting crash recovery..." and  ER_XA_RECOVERY_DONE, "Crash recovery finished." should be improved to indicate that this is about XA.

Fixed in 8.0.19.

Error messages regarding crash recovery for XA were revised to
indicate XA context to distingish them from non-XA crash recovery
messages.
