Description:
In MySQL 5.6 JP document for UUID, only refer to FreeBSD and Linux.

現在、インタフェースの MAC アドレスは、FreeBSD と Linux でのみ考慮されています。

But in English Document refer to Windows also.

The MAC address of an interface is taken into account only on FreeBSD, Linux, and Windows.

The implementation of Windows are same as described, so we should add Windows in JP document.
