Description:
On a MacBook Pro w/ Mojave on 'Dark Theme', some MySQL Workbench UI elements turn near-white while in full-screen mode.

- Background panels
- Resize controls (used to resize side-panels, etc)

While resize controls are of minor importance other than esthetics, having a background-panel turn near-white w/ white text is unusable.

The issue is only during full-screen use.

How to repeat:
- Open MySQL Workbench
- Press Ctrl+Cmd+f (for full-screen)
- Connect to a Database (dealer's choice)
- Open Schemas tab in left-side toolbar
- Click "Open Inspector for the selected object" button

Further Note:
- Open a different application in full-screen (anything)
- Switching between MySQL Workbench and the other application redraws the background panel to it's intended color.
- Switch back to MySQL Workbench
- On the inspector that was opened by clicking "Open Inspector..." previously, try rolling the mouse icon over the tab at the top of that panel. The background switches back to near-white.

Suggested fix:
Only work-around is to not use full-screen :(
