Description:
When opening the application I get an error saying "Error while loading image.  And error occurred while loading search_sidebar.png".  I close that and the application is available.  If I try to connect to a server I get an error saying "MySQL Workbench has encountered a problem.  Parameter is not valid.

I get this no matter what server I try to connect to, and these are previously working, saved connections.

Thank you for the bug report. This issue was already reported several times and it was reported that a re-install using the repair option solved the issue.
