Description:
If Execute Query (Vertical Output) is executed first, the tab is not shown.
You have to execute query normally, so the results tab container is shown, and the tab with the vertical output will appear.

Another bug: When a new Query tab is created, the Execute Query (Vertical Output) menu item is disabled. Afteer the normal execute is created or the focus is sent to another tab, the option will be available in the menu.

How to repeat:
1. Create a new Query Tab
2. Type "show create table X"
3. Select from the Query Menu: Execute Statement (Vertical Output)
4. No results will be shown
