Description:
cmake/install_layout.cmake contains various settings for platform specific INSTALL_LAYOUT.
Several of these are unused/obsolete. Remove them.

How to repeat:
Read the code, and see what we actually use in pushbuild.

Suggested fix:
Remove unused ones.

Fixed in 8.0.19.

Configuration cleanup. None of the removed layouts were documented, so no changelog entry required.
