Description:
when ever i issue 'describe' command it causes illegal operation. and windows debug window prompts us it tells the following error:

error--------------------------------------------
mysqld-nt.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.  We are sorry for the inconvenience.

in the report it says :

error signature :----------------------------------
szAppName : mysqld-nt.exe     szAppVer : 0.0.0.0     szModName : mysqld-nt.exe
szModVer : 0.0.0.0     offset : 001346c4     

what do i do?

How to repeat:
whenever i issue 'describe' command..
