Description:
When I open any table with e.g. several hundreds of results, mouse scrolling is needed in the grid view. When mouse hovers over any cell, tooltip is shown and it gets focus, thus mouse doesn't react on scrolling anymore until mouse click is done and tooltip loses focus.

How to repeat:
Open any table with e.g. several hundreds of results.
Hover mouse over any cell in the grid view. 
Tooltip is shown and it gets focus
Mouse scrolling is not possible anymore until mouse click is done and tooltip loses focus

Suggested fix:
Do not show tooltip for cell containing values which are shown properly in a cell. Tooltips pops up even for short integer values like 1, 3, 15 etc. This is not quite useful or really needed.

This issue applies to the legacy MySQL Workbench 8.x implementation that is no longer supported or maintained.
MySQL Workbench 26.7 is a complete rewrite using a new technology stack and does not use the affected legacy implementation.
Therefore, this issue is not applicable to the current MySQL Workbench product and as such is closed.
