 https://hub.docker.com/r/mysql/mysql-cluster/

Tags: 8.0.16-dmr and 8.0-dmr.

Documented fix as follows in the NDB 8.0.16 changelog:

    A Docker image for this release can be obtained from
    https://hub.docker.com/r/mysql/mysql-cluster.
