Description:
db_utils_pyc acceass denied. Not marked as read-only. Still denied after rebooting.

How to repeat:
Simply try to start the application after logging out of it for the first time after it is installed. Reinstalling it fixes it, but still only for one execution.

Thank you for the bug report. Windows 7 is an OS not supported?
