Description:
The mysqltest.exe binary is not included in the Windows 5.0.3 install (msi).

How to repeat:
Install an msi Windows package

Suggested fix:
Make sure msi packages contains mysqltest.exe

The "essential" package is meant to not include the mysqltest.exe binary. If you need this binary please use the normal Windows installer package or the noinstall zipball.
