Description:
Several entries in install_layout.cmake are unused, remove them.

How to repeat:
Reade the code, compare with actual INSTALL_LAYOUT used in pushbuild scripts.

Suggested fix:
Remove unused code.

Fixed in 8.0.18.

For the INSTALL_LAYOUT CMake option, the SLES and WIN option values
were not used and have been removed.
