Description:
----[For better reports, please attach the log file after submitting. You can find it in C:\Users\rami\AppData\Roaming\MySQL\Workbench\log\wb.log]

After upgrading Workbench from ver 6.0 to ver 8.0.16 I can't use Table Data Import Wizard.
When I try to import the file I'm getting error:
"Can't analyse the file. Please try to change encoding type"

Before the version update I managed to use the wizard with the same file.
I tried many options to save the file in UTF8 format without any success.

Is there any settings that I need to set after the upgrade to use the import wizard?

How to repeat:
upgrade workbench from ver 6.0 to ver 8.0.16 and import CSV UTF8 file.
