Description:
I've recently installed MySQL Workbench on my Windows 7 system. And now i can't run ANY application which requires to have it's directory in system PATH variable. Only thing that it left in my PATH is this: "C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Shell 8.0\bin\". I've never seen this kind of bug in ANY application ever before.

How to repeat:
Install MySQL Workbench on Windows 7, check system PATH variable.

Hello Dominik Stypula,

Thank you for the report and feedback.
I tried installing WB using "mysql-installer-commercial-8.0.16.0.msi" and with "mysql-workbench-commercial-8.0.16-winx64.msi" - confirmed pre and post installation values but no issues noticed on Win7 for WB installation.

Are you sure it is just Workbench or you have installed MySQL Shell too? If you have installed MySQL Shell then probably you are hitting Bug #95246, please see Bug #95246. This is most likely duplicate of Bug #95246. Please confirm!

Umesh
