MySQL Verification Team
Hello Dominik Stypula, Thank you for the report and feedback. I tried installing WB using "mysql-installer-commercial-8.0.16.0.msi" and with "mysql-workbench-commercial-8.0.16-winx64.msi" - confirmed pre and post installation values but no issues noticed on Win7 for WB installation. ## - Pre install User variables for "umshastr" PATH contains: C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Shell 8.0\bin\;C:\Users\umshastr\.dotnet\tools System variables PATH contains: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Oracle\Java\javapath;%SystemRoot%\system32;%SystemRoot%;%SystemRoot%\System32\Wbem;%SYSTEMROOT%\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\;C:\Program Files\Lenovo\Fingerprint Manager Pro\;C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\110\Tools\Binn\;C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\130\Tools\Binn\;C:\Program Files\dotnet\;C:\Program Files\CMake\bin;C:\Program Files\Git\cmd;C:\GnuWin32\bin;C:\Program Files\doxygen\bin;C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Utilities 1.6\;C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Enterprise Backup 8.0\\bin - Post install User variables for "umshastr" PATH contains: C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Shell 8.0\bin\;C:\Users\umshastr\.dotnet\tools System variables PATH contains: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Oracle\Java\javapath;%SystemRoot%\system32;%SystemRoot%;%SystemRoot%\System32\Wbem;%SYSTEMROOT%\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\;C:\Program Files\Lenovo\Fingerprint Manager Pro\;C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\110\Tools\Binn\;C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\130\Tools\Binn\;C:\Program Files\dotnet\;C:\Program Files\CMake\bin;C:\Program Files\Git\cmd;C:\GnuWin32\bin;C:\Program Files\doxygen\bin;C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Utilities 1.6\;C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Enterprise Backup 8.0\\bin ## Are you sure it is just Workbench or you have installed MySQL Shell too? If you have installed MySQL Shell then probably you are hitting Bug #95246, please see Bug #95246. This is most likely duplicate of Bug #95246. Please confirm! regards, Umesh
