Description:
In Windows 10 screen "Synchronize model with database" is too big to fit screen when the screen is scaled.

How to repeat:
In Windows 10 I go and modify following :

Settings->System->Display->Scale & Layout = 125% (I have 13" laptop)

In EER Diagram when going to 

Database->Synchronize Model...

The "Synchronize model with database" screen is too big to fit the screen and the "OK"/"Cancel" buttons go out of the screen. Luckily I can adjust the size of it manually, but it would be good to be done automatically.

Thank you for the bug report. I think this issue your hardware and OS settings, I don't have that problem with laptop 15", scale 125% and resolution 1920x1080, so I am verifying as feature request.
