Description:
When you click Explain Query, when the Visual Explain shows, the diagram shows, and then hovering over elements shows a truncated unreadable tooltip that cannot be expanded

How to repeat:
See above

Suggested fix:
Allow a double click on the item to show the same information instead of a faulty hover
