Description:
after correct installation of MySQL on Windows 10. It did open Workbench on Click on Shortcut. 
Reason was the System did not have 

Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2
Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015

Even though this is mentioned in Pre Req, but a small Alert message can help User to understand the issue when Workbench does not open on Fresh installation. 

I had to check at other Websites to debug the issue. 

How to repeat:
Install Fresh latest MySQL on Windows 10. 

Click on Workbench shortcut. 

Suggested fix:
just add small Alert Message for User, to ensure the understanding of reason why Workbench did not open

After installation on .NET also the Workbench does not work.
