Description:
I'm delighted with adding "ABORT_SERVER" to "group_replication_exit_state_action".
 However, I want to "offline_mode" also.

I think there is following request.

  - I don't want to stop the server, but I don't want to refer to old data from secondery server.

How to repeat:

Add "offline_mode" to "group_replication_exit_state_action"

Implemented on WL#12895: "Group Replication: Add OFFLINE_MODE to group_replication_exit_state_action" released on 8.0.18
