Description:
During an I_S upgrade, we re-evaluate dependent views, e.g. 'sys.schema_auto_increment_columns', which depends on more than one I_S table. While re-creating the first I_S view, none of the other ones referred by the sys scheme view are created yet; hence the sys schema view is considered invalid, and thus, we get an error message in the error log since at this point, the error handler hook is set to my_message_stderr(). Eventually, the I_S views are all created, meaning that the sys schema view is set as valid.

So the main issue here is the error messages that create a bit of noise in the error log.

How to repeat:
Initialize an 8.0.15 server. Start 8.0.16 on the same data directory. Error messages like "Table 'information_schema.TABLES' doesn't exist" are written to stderr.

Suggested fix:
The error message should be properly formatted. Perhaps it can be suppressed if the referencing view is a view that is owned by the server itself. Not sure if we can suppress it if it is a user defined view.

Fixed in 8.0.18.

The number of diagnostic messages relating to INFORMATION_SCHEMA
upgrade during server startup has been reduced.
