Description:
In the official release notes https://lists.mysql.com/announce/871 there is information about MySQL 5.1.73 being the latest version released, but in the official downloads page https://downloads.mysql.com/archives/community/ for MySQL 5.1 the latest version is 5.1.72. 

How to repeat:
Open the downloads page for archive versions and select 5.1
https://downloads.mysql.com/archives/community/

Suggested fix:
Add notes whether 5.1.73 is deprecated or include the version in the downloads page

Published server 5.1.73 binaries to archives.

5.1.73 is now published to the archive page.

No changelog entry needed because 5.1 is EOL and 5.1 release notes are no longer updated.
