Description:
I have installed Mysql 8.0.14 using apt from MySQL APT repository in my PC.Yesterday,when I upgrading software,during upgrade mysql from 8.0.14 version to 8.0.15 version,it seems have some problerm。When I type "sudo apt-get update",it says:

The url http://120.52.51.16 seems to indicate use of an internal proxy server.

Please make sure your system proxy setting are correct and that the proxy
server is working fine.
