Description:
After Management, Data Export,
List of schemas in Tables to Export stays empty
In Export Progress:
Error updating DB: 'utf8' codec can't decode byte 0xfc in position 1: invalid start Byte

How to repeat:
Use Data Export
use schema and table with German Umlaut

Suggested fix:
I have a schema called "müsa" 
and a table named "emailempfänger" 
both with German Umlaut
