Description:
When a snippet is at the bottom of the list, the list is long enough to take up the entire vertical height of the window, and the window is maximized to take up the entire available height of the screen, the snippets at the bottom will not allow a context menu to appear because it would appear off-screen to the bottom. Accordingly, you can't edit or execute the snippet.

How to repeat:
Try viewing the context menu of an SQL snippet at the bottom of the list with the window maximized.

Suggested fix:
Make the context menu appear higher up if it won't fit on the screen in its usual position.
